We ranged in age from 16-65. It was a family trip. The scenery was amazing. The guides were sympathetic to my altitude sickness and let me take my time when I was dizzy and short on air. I wouldn’t suggest it for people who don’t hike in woods. There are hills and rocks. Take your family or friends!
